​How Do I Place An Order?

 

Thank you for visiting my shop, and for looking through my collections. Placing an order with me is fairly simple!

  1. First, look for the pieces you wish to purchase.

  2. Add them to the cart

  3. Checkout and input your shipping and payment information

  4. You will receive and email confirmation of your order and when it has been shipped

  5. Enjoy your piece when it arrives, and tag me on social to be featured and shared.

 

Payment and Shipping

Turnaround time, from the date of purchase to shipping, will be approximately 5-7 business days.

 

You will receive a tracking number with your order in your email. For any questions or concerns please feel free to contact me.

 

What Materials Are Used?

 

As an artist, I use a range of materials to make my unique and one of a kind jewelry. I often use Swarovski crystal, Polymer clay, glass beads, natural stones, and more. All metals used for my pieces are silver and gold plated and of course made with love and patience so my customers are able to find unique pieces as unique as they are.

Your personal information and contact will not be shared, sold or distributed by any means to any third parties. All information stays in my records only.

Returns & Refunds

 

We will accept returns of unworn, unwashed and undamaged products in the original packaging. Buyer will be responsible for return shipping charges if a return has been accepted by the shop. 

Please contact us within 3 days of deliver, if you do not contact us within that timeframe, no refunds, exchanges or replacements will be issued.

 

If you receive your item and are unhappy with it, please contact us to that we can try and resolve the issue, 

Due to the intricate, and time consuming nature of our pieces, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds on the very rare change that it is damaged ruing shipping. 

Please keep in mind we are unable to guarantee delivery dates, so plan for a 7-10 day processing and shipping time. We are not liable for that time it takes the post office to process and ship your package, or if it is lost by USPS, and we are unable to give refunds in that rare occurrence. Once the package is dropped off by us, we are not responsible for any issues caused by USP, including damage or lost or stolen items, shipping delays, etc. We will not refund or replace these items.
